During his vision speech titled “Crafting the Future: From OTOP to ThaiWORKS and Beyond” at the SPLASH - Soft Power Forum 2025 today, former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra was observed kissing Ms. Paetongtarn Shinawatra on the cheek. The forum, a major event focusing on Thailand's soft power, is taking place from July 8 to 11, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The public gesture between the father and daughter, both prominent political figures, occurred during the widely-attended event where Mr. Thaksin shared his vision for future development.
